Can I host my own parties? YES! The best part about hosting your own launch party is that you get to keep both the commissions AND the host rewards! This is the BEST way to let your friends know about your new gig, get hosts, and grow your business!
The Norwex Calendar runs from the 1st of the month at Noon central time to the first of the next month at 11:59 am central time. Example, May runs from May 1 at noon central until June 1 at 11:59 am central. If you want host rewards for a specific month, be sure to close your party within the correct month. In our example, if you want May rewards, close you party BEFORE 11:59 am June 1. If you want June rewards, close AFTER noon on June 1.
What is Office Suite? What is Office Suite Plus? Should I pay for them? Office Suite is what your website runs off of! If you want personal shopping links, the ability to input host orders, and the ability to move orders to parties in your back office, then, YES! you want Office Suite. If you're planning on doing anything EXCEPT buying for just yourself, I would recommend Office Suite. Office Suite Plus has a few extra features including Squwee, an online party format. If you think you will use those features, then get it! I haven't had the need for it in my business, but it's great we have those resources available to us if we want them.
How do I get paid? Make sure to set up your bank account information through your back office so that you can get paid! Watch this quick video to learn how. If you have a balance in your account of more than $10, the total amount will be directly deposited into your bank account on the 10th & 22nd each month. Sales accumulated between the 1st through 15th are processed on or around the 15th and paid on the 22nd of each month. Sales accumulated between the 16th through 1st are processed on or around the 1st and paid on the 10th of each month.
Where do I find more information about a product? The catalog is jammed packed with awesome information! The Resource also has great product training under New Consultants > Product Training. Last, you can also find product information sheets in your back office: Resources > Product Information > Product Information Sheets. Check out this section for more!
Tip: Bookkeeping - You will want to consult your tax professional for specific advice regarding taxes. Keep in mind, you are now a 1099 employee - so you must keep track of your own income, expenses, giveaways, and items you earn for free. Norwex will ONLY send you a 1099 for the items you receive as incentives (shopping sprees, monthly rewards, freebies) or earn from a manager's commission.
How often do new catalogs come out? The full catalogs come out in January and August. Mini catalogs, with limited edition items, come out in March and October. Make sure you don't stockpile too many catalogs, or else they'll be out of date before you can use them!
How do we earn rewards? Are there trips?! You can earn rewards through sales AND recruitment every month. As part of your career plan, you will receive a $50 shopping spree for every new recruit that sells $400 in their first 15 days. You will also receive a $300 shopping spree for every qualified personal consultant (someone that earns their kit). In your first 90 days, there are also EXTRA incentives for helping new consultants get started!

What does all the lingo mean? Engaged, active, inactive...? What do I need to do to keep my discount? Don't sweat this one too much. To stay in good standing, just be sure to submit $250 retail over a 3 month period. That's $83.34 before your discount.
