If you would like to collect orders through your personal website, make sure you're subscribed to Office Suite so you have a website link for when customer are ready to order! You have Office Suite FREE for your first 6 months as a consultant ($10/mo after that - TOTALLY worth it!). If you don't have Office Suite, you will not be able to send out an ordering links, process credit cards or move orders to parties.
Go to Account > My Profile > Financial
Then tab over to "Office Suite Preferences"
Scroll down and click on "I wish to enroll in Office Suite for $9.99 per month"
This is also where you will find your "generic" or evergreen ordering link and where you can upload a photo & short bio
Only ever do this the first time you create a party. Click the "create New Party" button
After the first party, always input the party under another party as a booking so you or your host get the booking rewards
Under "open parties," hit "Copy party link"
Click the "All Parties" button to open the larger view of parties - from here you can delete party links if you need to
From your consultant dashboard, click the name of the party.
Walk through the arrows at the top of the page until you have all your orders inputted, bookings attached, then pay for the orders (if there's a balance left). Double check all the info on the last screen and hit "submit party."
When orders start rolling in, here's how to input them.
There's a few different types - ones that ship NOW direct to the customer and ones that ship LATER with the party order.
The different types of orders can be confusing so let's break them down
Personal supply order - catalogs, pamphlets (or products w/ your discount already applied). You can find the catalog with all the personal supply items under Resources > Personal Supply Catalog. Typically, it's more advantageous to put your personal product orders on a party & collect the host rewards.
Shopping spree order - when you recruit or meet an incentive, this is how you cash in on your "monopoly money." This is NOT the same shopping spree your host (or you) earn from hosting a party
Customer Order - Ship Now - this is how you will want to put in about 95% of your customer orders - this is the SAME as if someone orders from your website link. Their card will be charged immediately and the order will ship as soon as it's ready.
(Finally, The confusing one)
Party Shipping/Party Order - all orders inside a party that ship WITH the party are shipped at flat rate $6.95.
You will go into a party like you're adding a booking or the host order, but stop at the "Add Guests & Orders" portion. Add the guest, their order, take payment... but note that this order will NOT SHIP or charge their card until you close the party.
I personally do NOT like the party order feature. If the host takes a while to close, then her guests are waiting to get their stuff...
Here are a couple reasons why you would want to use this feature.
1. If the party guests are trying to save money on shipping AND they live close to the host
2. If you're offering bulk shipping to customers that are local/ordering for yourself and it's more than $60 worth of stuff - It costs you $6.95 shipping, but you get 10% or 12% back in shopping spree for your 2 star level of rewards - which essentially makes it a wash
3. If the host is 1 order away from earning the next 1 star level of rewards (ex. she's at 7 buying guests but at 8 buying guests she gets another gift valued at MORE than $6.95. She can place a small order under her name, that ships to her with her party order to earn the next level. You can do the same for parties you host/shopping clubs.
4. If the host is planning to spend more than $70 in host overage - It costs her $6.95 shipping, but she gets 10% or 12% back in shopping spree for her 2 star level of rewards
Pro tip: If this one is too confusing for you, DON'T USE IT! :)
If you enter orders under a "Personal Supply Order" - it will automatically take the 35% off
If you enter as a "Customer Order - Ship Now":
Customer Amount Due = Full Retail price - this is what a customer would pay through your website. This is how much you'd charge them if you want them to pay full price
Amount Due Norwex = Retail price minus your 35% discount PLUS shipping and tax.
You can charge ANY amount between these 2 amounts. To input the order with the discount, you simply put the amount you want to charge in the payment box next to the crdit card info.
You can also charge partial payments here (split between cards) - simply type in the amount you'd like to put on one card, hit "add" then the second card info and hit "add" again
Consultant balances are processed to move all positive balances of more than $10 to be directly deposited into your bank account
Sales accumulated between the 1st through 20th are processed on or around the 21st and paid on the 21st of each month
Sales accumulated between the 21st through 1st are processed on or around the 1st and paid on the 7th of each month.
To add a bank account to your consultant account, from your consultant dashboard:
--> Account
--> My Profile
--> Financial
From there, a screen will pop up where you can select 1-2 bank accounts to add payouts to.
You can also set up your preferred "Consultant Card on File" to make checkout easier - just select it in the drop down options at checkout in any of your orders. This is also the card they'll charge office suite to!
