What the heck is a “Shopping Club” or “Cleaning Club”

It’s a rewards program for your customers!
Great way to have consistent sales every month

Why should you do a shopping club?

easy sales - $40 per month per participant
repeat customers that become raving fans & pay more attention to your content looking for their next wishlist item
More connections w/ repeat customers - build like/know/trust
easy referrals
People love free stuff!
Gets your customers to try new items/get hooked on consumables
the rewards don’t cost you any $$ (you use host rewards!)

How it works:

Advertise the club!
- Go live
- tell people 1:1
- post about the club SEVERAL times (remember, your audience only sees 3-5% of what you post!)
Explain the rules to your participants ($40 min before shipping/tax, has to be on that link, if they skip a month, they’re out) Note: Decide early if you’ll have participants pay shipping for their free products (flat rate or the exact amount)
open parties in your name in your back office
Send participants the link to the party!
Keep a spreadsheet or list of every participant and how much they spend
Send reminders towards the end of the month for anyone that doesn’t order
Close the parties out each mo or when they get where you’d like them - hang onto the host rewards
Divide up the host rewards amongst participants - consider giving extras for more money spent or for referrals
Note: You'll need 4 + participants to make it really work - to have enough host rewards to divide up amongst participants (not impossible with less though - you may just need to get creative!)

Marketing your club

Go live! Make a BIG announcement! “we need at least 8 people to make this work! Who do you know that loves a good deal?”
Spend $40 each mo for 3 months, get $50+ in freebies. That’s an amazing ROI!
Make it about THEM and how great this will be for THEM. It’s never ever about us/the sale!
ASK people 1:1
Post, post, post. People need to see your message multiple times
Post about other things too - products, tips, toxin talks - so they have a desire to add to their Norwex collection
Not sure if you’ll have enough participants? Tell people you’re thinking about doing it - what they think? Would they want to join?

Initial text blast -

Hey (First Name)! I’m launching a rewards program for my savvy shoppers like you and thought you’d want in on the details!

Get rewarded for the purchases you were probably going to make anyway - like laundry detergent, dish soap and new items you’ve had your eyes on! Simply make a $40 purchase each month (before shipping and tax) in (month), (month), (month) and at the end, I’ll send you $50+ in free Norwex products.

Would you like some more info on this exclusive club?

Simply make a $40+ purchase (before shipping & tax) each month for 3 months, and at the end I'll send you $55-$65 in free goodies! I do ask for $5 towards shipping of your goodies at the end payable by Venmo or PayPal. I take wish lists and do my best to get you items on your wish list or things I think you’ll like Check out the image for the "fine print" rules! Let me know what questions I can answer!
