After your launch parties, you'll want to get bookings so you can KEEP partying and keep meeting new people! Parties are the lifeblood of our business!
The key to a successful party is YOUR HOST! Partnering with them is the BEST way to make new connections and ensure you're spoiling your host with as many free goodies as possible!
While each party format has a few differences as far as host coaching is concerned, they're all similar in that you're connecting with your host, building a relationship with them and coaching them to have the most successful party they can.
It's important that your host send personal messages rather than mass messagine
The art of INVITING!
Make it PERSONAL
Start your invite with a personal greeting! Something you have recently chatted about, saw on their FB, etc. If they mentioned they are looking to start fresh, save money, need more time, etc this is them saying they need/want help. Adjust ALL THE WORDING IN TEAL!
Then comes your sincere invite....
While cleaning might not be fun for you ... this workshop will be! No lie, you will thank me later. There is a Norwex workshop coming up and I think you would (be interested, love it, its screams you) because you appreciate (saving time with little ones, are both being more careful about what we bring into our homes, looking to cut harmful chemicals, love to clean, hate to clean, looking to save money, etc). Personally, it (saved time, money, health, made cleaning easy, simplified my cleaning routine, etc) and I wish someone had introduced me sooner.
IN HOME WORKSHOP:
While cleaning might not be fun for you ... this workshop will be! No lie, you will thank me later. The workshop is on (date) @ (time) for (length of time). While cleaning might not be fun... the workshop is! No lie, you will thank me later.
VIRTUAL WORKSHOP:
While cleaning might not be fun for you ... this workshop will be! No lie, you will thank me later. Can I send you an invite? (It’s on date & time) Will you be able to come?
Hence the question, "Can I send you an invite?" We want to build a relationship stemming from mutual respect.
Please recognize this. We aren't going to virtually kidnap people and throw them into a party without their permission! That's rude and weird. We would never do that in real life so we aren't going to do it virtually either. This is why the question is can I send you an invite. We want to build relationships beginning with mutual respect.
Partnering with your host is essential to having a successful party. While Norwex is typically on the front of our brains, it's not always the first thought for our hosts. We want to make this super easy and rewarding for them and give them all the tips and tricks they need to have the most successful party.
I like to send a physical package to ALL my hosts to say THANKS for booking with me, and to give them some tangible items to work with as they're getting ready for their party.
This is totally optional, & many consultants have gone paperless. If you'd like to mail out a physical package, here is what I include (& it changes based on what I havee/what I'm feeling that month! Make it unique for you & your hosts!)
Handwritten thank you card
Monthly host rewards
4. Booking gift - I pick whatever I have on hand. I like things that come in multiples so I can split the package among more than one coach. For instance, SpiriSponges come in a pack of two. I send one to one host and one to another. This keeps gift giving economical.
5. "Best Deal" postcard OR Opportunity Brochure (can be ordered as a personal supply order)
6. 1 Catalog - I add a QR code sticker that links to my linktree (a landing page for links) on the front so they can access monthly specials & their ordering link easily
7. If they don't have an Enviro/Window Cloth I send them a sample as well!
